LISTENING TO THE VOICE INSIDE GUIDES US TO A REAL BEAUTIFUL LIFE!
So often we ignore the things we know we should be doing. We dance around and put our energy into everything else, pushing away the things we know in our hearts we should choose first. We know because there is a voice inside that prods us, reminds us, trys to get our attention…but we just don’t listen.

Let’s listen better to the guide inside that teaches us and lights the way to the things we should be doing, saying, and being!
SIMPLE STEPS TO REACH THE VOICE INSIDE
1. Close your eyes and sit in a quiet, comfortable and peaceful place.
2. Take 3 full and deep breaths [in through the nose and out through the mouth].
3. Allow the sights and sounds that have surrounded you to just BE as you embrace them and allow them to pass through you.
4. Observe the sounds, words, messages you are hearing and gently acknowledge them.
5. In time you should be able to let all sounds disappear, step into stillness and hear your inner voice only.
6. What is the voice saying?
7. Take the knowledge that is being shared with you and reflect on it…for example it may be saying “’you are full of anxiety”. If this is the message you hear, then you need to listen and ask “Why am I anxious?”
8. When you receive your answer, take action in the real world to decrease your anxiety…ask the universe for help in doing this.
* Continue to go inside to listen to see what other wisdom your inner voice shares with you. Ask for guidance to address any issues, questions, or confusion you might be having. Always ask this inner wisdom to guide you to the resources required to help resolve, support or enhance the wisdom shared. Act upon this guidance in the REAL world!!
